Add available products from the storefront. Sold-out items cannot be checked out.

2. Checkout or ask for help

When online checkout is enabled, enter your contact details, receipt email, and delivery area before paying through Paystack. WhatsApp remains available for help.

3. Confirm and dispatch

Glow By Serwaa confirms delivery fee and dispatch timing before sending out the order.

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart. When online checkout is enabled, enter your details and pay the product total through Paystack. If online checkout is unavailable, WhatsApp support can help with a manual order.

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available within Kumasi and can be arranged to other parts of Ghana through trusted riders or courier options.

How are delivery fees handled?

Delivery fees are confirmed after you share your delivery area because rider and courier costs can change by area and timing.

Can I ask questions before buying?

Yes. WhatsApp support is available for product questions, size or shade checks, routine guidance, delivery help, and order updates.

  • Order changes or cancellation Orders may be delayed or cancelled if a product becomes unavailable, payment is not confirmed, or delivery details cannot be verified.
  • Product information Product descriptions are provided for shopping guidance and do not replace professional medical advice.

Beauty and personal care items need careful handling, so return rules are clear before purchase.

  • If an item is unavailable If an ordered product is unavailable after payment, Glow By Serwaa will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • How to request help Refund requests should be made through WhatsApp with the order details and payment reference where applicable.
  • Opened or used items Opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or hygiene-sensitive beauty items may not be returnable unless the wrong item was supplied.
  • Delivery fees Delivery fees may be non-refundable once a rider or courier has already completed the delivery attempt.

If Glow By Serwaa sends the wrong item or a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, support will work with the customer to correct it.

  • Payment handling When online payment is available, payment is processed through Paystack. Glow By Serwaa does not ask customers to send card details on WhatsApp or store card details on the storefront.
